Auto-Responder – Set and Forget
Our ‘auto responder’ service allows your business to communicate with your customers via email without your business needing to generate or deliver the email message. Auto Responders are perfect for remembering your customers anniversaries for example when a new customer joins your mailing list you can pre-set the creation and delivery of an automatic message of ‘welcome’. Auto Responders are also fabulous for your customers’ special events – like birthdays, Christmas, New Year or number of years they have been with your business.
Here is an example of a Mobilize Mail client auto responder schedule for welcoming a new customer. Three auto responder rules have been created. The first (auto responder) email is sent to every new subscriber of the client’s newsletter service – as a ‘welcome note’ and it is sent 30 minutes after the subscriber has joined. The second (auto responder) email is sent to that new subscriber 14 days later and the content is more relevant to the client’s business. The third (auto responder) email is a birthday greeting sent every year. The image below illustrates the process of Auto Responders.
