  • Customer contact strategy definition (use of auto responders, frequency of emails, content focus etc…)
  • Segmentation analysis (defining additional segments within your general mailing lists)
  • Campaign strategy, analysis and optimization

Analysis and Recommendations
From the first email campaign our experts will apply your defined email marketing strategy against the statistics accumulated from the email campaign and provide recommendations. This section entails the following tasks for each email campaign sent via Mobilize Mail:

  • 5 days after the email campaign is sent our experts will review the statistics accumulated from the email campaign such as open and click through rate, CTOR, bounce rate, forward rate and other statistics and apply your overall email marketing strategy goals.
  • From the findings our experts will create a detailed report on the performance of the email campaign performs against your email marketing goals. The report will include recommendations on further improvements for subsequent email campaigns.
  • The report will be sent to a designated staff member of your company with an invitation to contact Mobilize Mail to discuss the findings.
  • If you wish to have any of the recommendations within the report implemented within your account by Mobilize Mail technicians instead of yourself then we would be happy to present you with a quote for the work.
