One Step Un-Subscription Process
All mailing lists managed by Mobilize Mail provide a simple and visible un-subscription form. If a subscriber un-subscribes from a mailing list managed by Mobilize Mail their email address will be removed from the Mobilize Mail system.
Customised Subscribe and Un-Subscribe Forms
We understand the importance of not confusing people when they want to subscribe to a mailing list. You have worked hard enough to get them to subscribe in the first place. The worst thing that could happen now is a person getting re-directed to another web site that looks completely different from your own. At Mobilize Mail we create forms that have the same look and feel as your own web site including colors, themes, logos.
Send to A Friend
This function allows subscriber to encourage subscriptions by recipients forwarding on the original message. This referral method encourages the rapid building of databases of opt-in subscribers. This method attaches the persons email address and name to all forwarded messages with a reply email going back to the original sender. Permission is still required to send information to these people.
Subscriber Self Management
Every email a user receives will contain a personalised URL to update the users' preferences. This way your users can update their own information and your database is always up-to-date. Unlike most other mailing list managers subscribers can change their email address when updating their personal details. This is a major benefit to both you and your subscribers as many people often change their email address. This feature makes sure that they do not disappear from your view.
